Privacy
NAF Electrical (Electrical Contractor Licence 374694C) respects your privacy. This page explains what happens to the details you send us through this website.
What we collect
When you use our enquiry form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email, address or suburb, and your project details.
How we use it
We only use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange work with you. We don’t sell or share your details with anyone else for marketing.
How it’s handled
Form submissions are sent securely (encrypted) to our business email. We use Cloudflare to host this website and protect it from spam and abuse, and a transactional email provider to deliver form messages. The site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Our homepage shows recent posts from our own Instagram account (@nafelectrical) using Instagram’s official API. We only read our own public posts and follower count to display them. We don’t collect or store any information about visitors through this feature, and we don’t access anyone else’s Instagram data.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time, including any data related to our Instagram integration. Email nelson@nafelectrical.com.au or call 0416 085 416.
